Frets on Fire is an open source Guitar Hero type game programed in python; runs great under linux. I very much enjoyed the rawking out on the ol’ QWERTY this evening. I’ve got a clicky IBM Model M keyboard around here somewhere. I need to find it and employ it for the rawking out as it has the extra sturdy construction and the clickable action for the powerful riffage, not to mention the curly telephone style chord.

Awesome! Ring modulate that “funky 1 and funky 2″ on that very modern polyphonic synthesizer. I’ve always been a huge fan of the Dr. Who theme music; it would most definitely kick the Star Trek theme music’s ass in a fight.

I purchased the previous book, Post No Bills, from Wooster Collective along with some prints which I really love. I framed them with mat boards made from beat up old cardboard and am really happy with the results.
